11 HABITS TO WAKE UP EARLY AT 5 AM

  1. HAVE INTENSE MOTIVATION

This is most important if you can’t motivate yourself in this lockdown, so no one else could be able to. Its the inner motivation that helps you, otherwise no other tips work.

You have to ask yourself why you want to. What you gain by doing this. The lockdown is a pause or breaks from our rushed life. Every day we rush to school, college, office, and forget to think about ourselves, our goals.

  1. START BY GOING TO BED EARLIER

As well said: Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. It may look weird as first but when you start doing it you will be able to feel inner peace. You get require hours of sleep and make you feel energetic. Start sleeping at an appropriate time to be able to wake up early.

  1. DON’T THINK ABOUT ANYTHING UPON WAKING

Your thoughts control you. Wake up don’t lie in the bed. Don’t think about anything while waking up. If you try to do this, it insanely works well.

  1. TURN OF ALL YOUR SCREENS

Keep your phone’s digital screens away from you. It helps you sleep patiently. As sleep requires inner peace as well. It helps to get your brain ready to sleep.

  1. DO A DUMP BRAIN EVERY EVENING

When you are done with your work, completing your dinner .light your space with candles and be relaxed and made a do-to list for the next day. This will create a dulcet feeling before bed until 5 AM.

  1. HAVE A CLEAN SPACE

You feel relaxed when you are prepared for the next morning. You cant be relaxed with messy things around you. It’s better to clean the place before going to bed so when you wake up you will feel motivated.

  1. REWARD YOURSELF

Eat or drink whatever you like the most tea or coffee to make you feel energetic. Give yourself a reward for waking up early motivated you the too the same thing every morning.

  1. SLOWLY MAKE YOUR WAY TO 5 AM

Waking up early can be tough for a day, for a week but when it becomes a habit, its easy to maintain. Once you are habitual with it, it will not be a tough task for you to wake up early.

Be consistent about it.

  1. GET A DECENT CLOCK

A Decent clock helps you to wake up early. Some people wake up with sun but if you don’t then you should buy a clock.

  1. DON’T BE HARD ON YOURSELF

If you fail to wake up early sometimes don’t start thinking negatively about yourself and thinking im good for nothing. If u think so you won’t be able to do the next morning. Be full of positive thoughts. Just keep trying, you be successful.

  1. SET YOURSELF UP TO WIN

Get yourself ready for the next morning. Keep your clothes ready for the morning. Do small things that help to stay motivated. You will be less rushed for work.  You get extra hours to focus on yourselves. You can achieve greatness… Trust yourself.
